A (Valentine-y) Chinese New-Year of the Snake!

-I gather from various friends & people I know of that there is a certain expectation, commercial hyping, expense to (and even dread in most cases) for Valentines Day~ But it doesn't have to be any of that!

YOU are beautiful, unique and amazing!
FEELING should never be anything to be ashamed of or hurt over,
CONNECTING is something we can all share freely with whomever we choose and allow the time with,
FRIENDSHIP with other people in this world, in all forms, is one of the greatest gifts you have the ability to give outwardly ever day

and LOVE is not represented in just one day.. so instead of getting hung up on what was/isn't/could have been, just celebrate the amazing connections you -do- have and how they enrich your life everyday. |'3
